Anushka Sharma, she is a Bollywood actor and producer. She has won many acting awards and is among of the actors with the highest salaries. Anushka's first time as a model for fashion was in 2017 after she modelled in the shoes of Wendell Rodricks at Lakme Fashion Week after which she was chosen by Rodricks to be a model at the Spring Summer 2007 collection. Anushka has since her Lakme Fashion Week modelling debut has appeared in campaigns by brands such as Fiat Palio Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry Silk & Shine Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka took an acting class and began auditioning for movies alongside her modelling career. Anushka made her debut acting in the year the year 2008 on Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi in the film, starring Shah Rukh Khan. In her screen test she refused to perform an unplanned test and instead took one day to get ready. Then she was offered three movies by Yash Raj Films. In the movie, she performed the role of a young girl who married a middle aged man (the role Shah Rukh Khan is playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka Sharma starred in the movie 'Badmash Company that was released in 2010. The film included Shahid Kapoor as well as the actor Vir Das. It received mixed reviews. Anushka appeared in a film called Band Baaja Baaraat with Ranveer, where she played a Punjabi-American girl of middle class who sets up her wedding planning business. The film received excellent reviews and was deemed an overnight to be a success. Anushka has completed her 3-film contract in partnership with Yash Raj Films after Band Baaja Baaraat.
